These Terms of Service govern the websites and services provided by ZeroBuild Digital LLC ("ZeroBuild", "we", "us") to you ("you", "the client"). By becoming a customer, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide done-for-you websites for local trades and small businesses — design, copywriting, hosting, and ongoing updates — for a monthly fee. Depending on the plan you choose, your service may also include a content management system, local SEO, and marketing work such as ads and social media. Some plans include a one-time build fee, which is shown clearly on our pricing page before you sign up.
Billing & cancellation
Your plan is billed monthly. Any build fee that applies is shown up front. Your site stays live for as long as your account is active. You can cancel at any time — your service simply ends at the close of your current billing period, and we won't charge you again after that. Monthly fees already paid aren't refundable, but you're never locked in.
No long-term contract
There's no minimum term and no long-term contract. It's month-to-month — you stay because the site is working for you, not because you're tied in.
Who owns what
Your content, photos, brand and domain name are always yours. We provide the design, build and hosting that bring it together. If you decide to leave, we'll help you take your domain and content with you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use your website lawfully and to provide content you have the right to use. We may decline or remove content that is illegal, infringing, or that puts our hosting or other clients at risk.
Disclaimers & liability
We work hard to keep your site fast, secure and online, but no website or hosting can be guaranteed available 100% of the time, and we can't promise specific business results such as a set number of calls or leads. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroBuild's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose.
